At Kick Game, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your sneakers or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Kick Game

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
